Virus, spyware and malware repair
Pop-ups, a slow computer or a browser that keeps changing itself. We clean it out and get you back up and running.
Signs your computer has a problem
- Ads and pop-ups show up when you are not browsing
- Your home page or search engine changed on its own
- The computer is far slower than it used to be
- A warning tells you to call a phone number
- Programs you never installed are on the list
- Spyware may be watching what you type, so passwords and bank logins are at risk
What we do
We remove viruses, spyware and other malware, check every place they like to hide, and fix what they broke. Then we update Windows and your security settings so the door is shut behind them.
If a clean sweep is not enough, we may suggest a Windows repair and reinstall. We tell you why and get your say first.
Your files
Your photos and documents are copied to safe storage before any big step. Nothing is wiped without your okay.
